Serieser is a TV show tracking and social discovery platform. We do not host, upload, or stream any copyrighted video, audio, or media files. All data, including show metadata, posters, and background images, are provided via official APIs from community-driven databases such as TheTVDB and TMDB.

2. API Usage

Serieser acts strictly as a metadata tracker. We utilize the TMDB API and TVDB API to display posters and synopses under fair use for informational purposes only. We are not endorsed or certified by TMDB or TVDB.

3. Takedown Requests (DMCA)

If you are a copyright owner and believe that any metadata or user-generated content on Serieser infringes upon your copyrights, please contact the original source databases (TheTVDB or TMDB) to have the media removed. Once removed from the source, it will automatically be removed from our application.

For specific user-generated content (such as reviews or comments) that you believe infringes on your copyright, please contact us directly using our Contact page.

4. No Streaming or Downloading

Serieser explicitly prohibits the sharing of illegal streaming links or pirated downloads within user reviews, lists, or comments. Any user found sharing such links will have their account permanently terminated.
